January-March $100.00 per night plus 10% lodging taxes April-December $125.00 per night plus 10% lodging taxes During holidays and special events rates may be higher at our discretion and a 2 night minimum stay will be in effect We run a family oriented retreat and we rent to couples and families only. You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Pets are welcome! Check-In time is 3:00pm Check-Out time is 11:00am Each guest agrees to be personally responsible, and to hold River Oak Retreat harmless for property damage, accidents, injury, lost or stolen items as a result of using the homes, facilities, equipment, services, and recreational activities. Guests are required to notify Owner immediately of any hazards. Rules and Regulations No visitors after 11pm unless registered with us Vehicles must park in designated areas Absolutely NO public display of drugs or alcoholic beverages NO Firearms of any kind-NO HUNTING ALLOWED No smoking inside houses-ash cans will be provided outside. Children must be supervised at all times. VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND CLEANING POLICY Before leaving, please wash and put away all dishes and cookware Bag and dispose of your trash in the provided outdoor receptacle Dispose of all charcoal residue from grill Cleaning supplies and a mop & broom are provided for any accidents or spills Any changes made to the arrangement of the furnishings or decorations must be put back as they were originally.
